Best Cafe Americano I've had. The bar atmosphere and aroma was different than your usual coffee house, but not a deal breaker.

Great music, delicious vanilla soy latte...any joint with the doors and led zep on the walls=legit. They have beer too. Nice place to hang out and take a load off. I would recommend for coffee to all those who seek REAL coffee not Utah watery lame coffee!

I agree with other posters that it is way too dark inside this place for daytime activities. The day I visited was busy, it was a Sunday so being in a town with everything closed and this place was open, it was packed. Their credit card machine went down as well. My latte and bf's coffee were great, we got those earlier and sat for awhile to do some work on our computers. The wireless was free but rather slow. Later I went to get a sandwich, I waited 5 minutes in line at the counter with no one in front of me and was hardly acknowledged by the busy staff. It is a noisy place, bring headphones if you want to work. It is also very filled with families with a lot of children who can also be loud. So if you want to grab a bite to eat and some coffee, check it out. If you want to stay and get some work done, I'd head somewhere a little more adult and quiet. My veggie wrap and fries were tasty so I'd recommend this place to stop in and get a bite to eat.

Good coffee, good personality, staff is cool, food is good enough. Really wish you could get a beer here without ordering food during live shows(or that they had something cheap on the food menu for beer drinking purposes) but it's St. George, after all. If you're looking for the "cool" place in St. George look no further, Jazzy's is 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place on that list. Someone else mentioned how much this town loves their chain restaurants and it's really unfortunate because places like Jazzy's are where its at. Anywhere else this place gets 3 stars but since it's southern Utah(Atheist Support Group meets here Sundays!) I'm giving them 5

I've been visiting St George for over 30 years and just today I discovered Jazzy's. I enjoyed the veggie sandwich and my husband enjoyed the Ozzie breakfast sandwich with Jazzy fries. We both loved our meals and the staff was very friendly. We will be back. We are excited to find a cool place in St George with great food, friendly people, and BEER!

I'm happy to be able raise the average rating of this place by a couple of stars (at the time I write this there is only one other review, with a one-star rating). If there were a place like this in the Bay Area I'd be there often. It's a low-lit and cozy jazz lounge/cafe/deli, with excellent sandwiches (and salads), very good coffee, and free wifi. The knock on this place (per the other review as well as the local tennis instructor who recommended it to me) is that it has very slow service. I didn't experience that the couple of times I was here, but then again I was dining alone, I ordered simply, and I wasn't here during a busy time, so I can't comment on that. Also, if this were in the Bay Area I'd dock it a star for only being open until 7p, but it doesn't seem right to do that given that even Jack-in-the-Box closes at 10p around here.

This is the only fresh roasted coffee in southern Utah. Check out the big machine in the front window If you drive by late at night you can see and smell the coffee roasting. Jazzy's is a full service restaurant with great food and beverages, Draft and bottled beer, wine, live music, and a rock n roll theme. When your in jazzy's you don't feel like your in Utah, St. George is a town that loves the chain stores, I'm glad Jazzy's has its own soul.

not the healthiest, but the tastiest. great old-school atmosphere. Hippie tapestries, pictures of hendrix, the beatles and the stones line the walls. The trumpets have lights in them and are hun for decoration. POOL TABLE. LIVE MUSIC ALL THE TIME.

Food: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a side of Sweet Potato Fries - Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: I was expecting chicken breast marinated in buffalo sauce but it was slices of deli chicken meat with bacon, avocado, lettuce, and onions. There was sauce but it did not taste like buffalo sauce at all. The sandwich was still good but it was not at all what I was expecting. The bread was tasty. 3/5 - Sweet Potato Fries: delicious! 5/5 Service: My co-worker called in our order and they messed up on hers. Our food was ready by the time she came to pick it up. Final thoughts: The sandwich was decent. Order the sweet potato fries, it's worth the extra $2. Check to see if they got your order correct if you phoned it in.

This place is a bit confusing, appears to be a bar and grill with live music but also has a separate counter for ordering breakfast and lunch items, along with coffee and smoothies? Pretty diverse. Just stopped in when we saw the "juice and coffee" part of the sign, not realizing they were the same as the bar next door. Got a No Dairy Berry smoothie (soy milk, honey, berries) and the daily coffee special, frozen (Bavarian roast?)- both were good and tasted light and did not seem to have additional artificial sugar. Service was pleasant, interior is divey like your favorite college town bar. Worth a stop. Baked goods at register looked tasty.

Wife and I walked in this place tonight hungry tired looking for a meal and some drinks. We sat our selves and waited and we could get a soul to serve us. I walked to the counter and asked the person at the counter if they served food. She says "sure". And handed us two menus. I went back to my table sat for few and watched the staff talk it up while we waited. Nobody attempted acknowledge us so, unfortunately we took our money to buffalo wild wings. True story i hope the owner checks his cameras. Bad experience never again.

Not a full service restaurant! You order at the cash register. Came here at 3:00pm there was literally 5 people in the place. We went and got the menus and then ordered our food at around 3:20 it is 4:10 right now and neither my wife or I have our food. I ordered French toast, my wife ordered an omelette. Got my food finally and I'm not as Hangry as I was. Food was good. Server was apologetic and nice. They said they only had one chef and he was backed up with a togo order. I'll give it another shot.

Jazzys is kind of a staple of st George as it's been there forever. They have live music and it's very hipster-ish so good for hanging out and drinking coffee. However their food is just not really anything special and the interior and exterior are a little junky. Glad we have a place like it here though.

Kind of confused on the atmosphere.. But I guess it makes sense for St. George.. Pretty good coffee.. Pretty good cocktails.. Interesting environment!

One of the best St. George has to offer. The artsy vibe, the friendly and accommodating servers (whipped up a veggie reuban for me one night), the local live music and poetry nights all make it worth your while. Plus the people you meet here are awesome. Living in St. George can feel stifling sometimes and Jazzy's gives a much needed break from the uptight religious vibe that permeates most other establishments. Try the Sweet Potato Fries. They are the best in town. Their Greek Salad is lovely. Their wraps are great. Their Breakfast Bagels are wonderful. The Raspberry White Mocha is fabulous and they make a mean Americano. Play some pool, chat with some of us crazy locals, sip some real coffee and have a good time!

Terrible service. It was lunch time, slow....and it took half an hour for our food. If you go at a music night its even worse. One person to take the food order and get the drinks...rarely come back here. The food is decent when you do get it.

For a great burger and beer...this is THE place to go. The prices are great, the seating is ample, the wait staff are excellent, and they have pretty good music most of the time. I went here about 4 times, tried a different burger each time, and was never disappointed. If you want a solid burger outside of your chain fast-food restaurants or drive thrus, this place is a must.

Dirty interior, poor service, and all around bad experience. Drive down St George Blvd and select any other place. We waited for service over 15 minutes, while the server discussed her evening plans with a friend.

We have been eating here for over 8 years. It has the best sandwiches in town. It also has the best coffee in town. The staff are friendly and we know almost all of them by their first names, It has a hipster feel to it and the place is clean. Parking can be crazy at times, but the food and coffee make it worthwhile. I should add that they roast their own coffee beans.

Walked in and was hit with a wall of what can only be described as the world's worst case of BO combined with stale cigarette smoke. Tried not to breathe while waiting for a mocha made with Hershey's syrup. Don't bother.

We went there for a sandwich at lunch, and were very pleased with the meal and the service. Didn't have any any of the problems encountered by the one star posters. I'd give the sandwiches 4 stars but the very dark room doesn't appeal to me. Definitely will go back.

We have been going to Jazzy Java for years. They had (emphasize had) a good thing going. Recently they have expanded, and things have gone downhill. Today at lunch, with just four other tables ahead of us, we waited almost an hour for our food to arrive. They delivered the wrong food to my wife and they got my order partially wrong. Now, we both were hungry when we arrived at the cafe, and now an hour later were really hungry. The waitress did not know what to do. My wife said she wanted a refund. She didn't try to correct it, and when the waitress conferred with the management, they didn't seem interested either. We will never return. Too bad. We once liked it. I think the management did zero training with their staff. I am in the customer service business, and I would have first apologized for the wait, and when confronted with a customer who was clearly very much unhappy (rightfully so), I would have said we would refund the cost, and she could have the meal, or we will make it right, and right away. ---------------- UPDATE: The owner sent me this message (and wrote a review of his own place where he gave himself, surprisingly, 5-stars): Try owning a food service bizz.... then you will understand. ---------------- Here is the response of the GM of a place in Seattle where I provided a review on a rather bad experience for me with (at the time) a one-star rating: Hello, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your experience at our restaruant last night. I never want anyone to leave with a bad experience. I hope you will call me directly to discuss some specifics, as I certainly would like to ask you a few questions to get some clarity. Maybe you'll come back and have a beer on the house and discuss it with me in person? Or, give me the opportunity to get you back in for a better experience in the future? Thank you for you comments. I hope the new year finds you and your family well and happy. Sincerely, Roddy Lindquist Quinn's, General Manager
